Ok, so you want to do serious running on large courses, maybe you are thinking about upgrading your club equipment?
Introducing the only readily available gear reduction lure coursing motor on the market!
We offer a brand new 2.0KW Nippon style Gear reduction motor with full ball bearing support.
Why gear reduction? Simple really, smaller motors can be used while still maintaining the necessary power and overall package can be shrunk and lightened.
Beware of the $75-$110 Ford starters available on EBAY. They are cheap imitations of the originals with poor connections and low grade wiring which will cause premature failure no doubt. Last one I ran lasted 10 runs and was throwing melted solder out the back. Not a pleaseant experience.
This motor employs modern technology such as lightweight heat dispersing aluminum housings. Full ball bearing construction , this includes motor as well as output shaft. All internal power connections are spot welded not soldered! . O rings to seal motor from elements, built in solenoid with large copper contacts for long life. Spare parts available for all wear items including solenoind contacts. Unit is fully rebuildable!
